Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached. For hygiene reasons, certain intimate items cannot be returned once opened.

How to Return

Contact our customer service team to initiate a return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label if applicable.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Refunds

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days after we receive your return.

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
